Suspended Line

I missed my payment and my account was handed over to Nudebt for collection, upon receiving the email I clicked on the link to make payment n the 19th.I have been calling both nubedt and Telkom to have my number open but no one is able to assist. So did I have R230 only to have my phone disconnected for 7 days. I have been given numbers that don't work and I have called the call centre 5 times already only to have the phone hung up on me.
