Settling your account doesn't stop the unexplainable email demands

ER Consulting Inc handed over an outstanding emergency room account to NuDebt Management. They started sending emails on 01 October 2024. After the 5th email sent on 16 October 2024, demanding R1,351.20 be paid, I paid the R1,351.20 demanded on 17 October 2024.

Despite paying what they demanded on the email of 16 October 2024, they continue sending emails demanding more and more as each email is sent. As at 20 December 2024, the amount is R688.80.

I tried calling to find our why they are still demanding money when I paid the demanded amount on 17 October 2024 after receiving the 5th email on 16 October 2024. Needless to say no one can explain it. I can't even get this escalated.

If you are a service provider looking for a debt collector, don't use this company. They will destroy your brand's reputation because your customers will have to deal with their *********** staff and will never do business with you again after having had to deal with NuDebt.
