Service - non existing!

You get no feedback what so ever! You are given the option to pay per debit order every month, but still they debit your bank account with amounts they seem fit!

This month they debited my bank account with MUCH more (like 3 times) the total I owe!

The emails keeps returning "un-deliverable", if you phone no one answers the phone, the "chat to an agent" on the website is always "unavailable". there is really no service at all!
