These guys were appointed by Telkom to get money from me for a service I cancelled on 2018/06/14 with still a new status on their web portal... clearly Telkom did not even look at it yet.

This company takes days to respond and after sending them the reference numbers, screenshots etc. they still want me to complete a manual form. ALL DATA IS ON TELKOM'S PORTAL.

Useless communication. Don't respond Cannot handle disputes
