****S OF NOTE!!

These people send me an email on behalf of SABC with a settlement offer for my tv licence account, and on the email they said the offer is valid for 2 days. I paid the settlement amount within the 2 days. When they were supposed to update my account or ask SABC to do so or whoever responsible they never did, I owed +/-R1 500 and settlement offer was R530, I paid it, but my account/balance was never updated to R0, it stayed on R795. And now I receive an email from them again on behalf of SABC, saying my balance is R795, I have a settlement offer of R530 again, and you know the story is the same. And I am supposed to believe them again. ****S!!!!
