RUDE RUDE staff at NuDebt

Trying to talk to someone about Telkom for my son - it is like they purposely interrupt you every single single, and then put the phone down in your ears. After 2 attempts at trying to find out what is going on, and them not liking it at all when you asked to them to please let you finish - listen and then react - not interrupt when they think they know what you want to say - how RUDE.
