Rude agent

I have called new debt from the 27 November asking to be sent a confirmation letter that i have settled my account and they keep promising to send. I was than transferred to Thandekili Mbili who was very rude and refused to send the letter saying she has already done that and she wont do it again and she dropped the call on me.
