Report Nu Debt to the Information Regulator

After this review, I will be reporting Nu Debt to the Information Regulator. 1. Someone has misappropriated my mobile number and I receive monthly sms' regarding a TV licence debt that is outstanding. 2. Their query department either puts the phone down, ignores emails or resends the sms the following month.

Since they have not bothered to FICA clients or conduct annual reference checks for high-risk clients, I would recommend to anyone with the same problem to report them to the Information Regulator.
