Refund

I owed ER Consulting an amount R473.20 and they ended up handing me over to Nudebt Management, no problem. I was finally able to make to make a payment and by mistake I ended up transferring the same amount of transaction twice, I've been calling and sent emails to Queries, Helpmeet and as well as 1 of the supervisors by the name of Rita, but to date none of them have responded.

I would like to be refunded the extra R473.20 which I paid to them by mistake.
