Problem: The customer said the service got cancelled but the amount is showing outstanding so asking for the details of this amount.

Finding: Took the details and checked the payment activity which shows the amount of 428.00R got debited on 18th of October 2023.

Solution: Inform the customer the outstanding amount got debited from the account and there is no showing outstanding.
