Poor Service Ever!!!!

Service i am receiving from Nudebt together with MTN is very poor.I have been going back and forth with MTN regarding the sim contract i had with them,all was paid and cancellation email sent to *** my surprise i was then handed over to Nudebt,i have been trying to resolve this with Nudebt by providing them with all the proofs ,last i was told was to pay a certain amount and my query will be resolved.Till today nothing has been resolved and i still receive emails from MTN.No response from Tshepang P Mphela either!!!!!!
