Poor Service and no contact

After numerous attempts and proof that i should not have been handed over to them or have a balance owing for that matter, i keep getting emails that i need to pay and it has escalated where i am being issued a final demand. I have logged queries with both parties (Rain & Nudebt) to which they understood and agreed to the proof submitted and upon this will remove my name and balance off their system. This review should now tell you that it has not been done yet.I have received no communication from them as well as Rain Mobile Network.
