Poor Service and Lack of Transparency from NuDebt

I’m extremely disappointed with how NuDebt has handled my request for a payment arrangement letter. I was initially told that I needed to make a payment first before they could send me the arrangement letter. I made the required payment as instructed, but then the story changed — I was told the case would be escalated and I’d only receive the letter if approved.

This back-and-forth is frustrating and unprofessional. I’ve asked multiple times for clarity, but the agents I’ve spoken to on the phone have been rude, impatient, and unwilling to explain the process properly. They often sound irritated when I ask questions, even though I’m just trying to understand what is required from me.

I’m trying to resolve my debts and do the right thing, yet I’m not being assisted correctly or respectfully. I still haven’t received the letter I need, and I’m being given mixed messages every time I contact them.

NuDebt needs to be more transparent, consistent, and professional when dealing with people who are actively trying to pay off their debt. I feel completely let down by this experience.
