Poor records, no systems, bad attitude of staff

Long and short. Got a data bill for R 25k from Autopage last year October. Disputed it, got my Lawyer involved, invoice credited 01/09/2016. Have emailed nudebt numerous times, explaining that that invoice was in dispute with Autopage. Jeffrey at Autopage has emailed nudebt twice that account is clear. I ave emailed nudebt 3 times since 01/09/2016, with clear Autopage statement and credit. Still get phone calls and sms's every week. This morning had a call from a lady asking to speak to Mr. Willis, told her I'm Mr. Wessels and put the phone down. Then got a phone call from Kagiso at nudebt. I just started laughing, and told him this is a joke. He asked why, I told him the story, and told him to stop bugging me, because nudebt are absolutely useless, to which he told me I'm a joke...Really...nudebt are an absolute a joke, and a disgrace for companies that want to use them.
