Poor poor service

<p>After battling to set up a debit order with them for Absa. We decided to make an eft payement to the correct account no and with the correct ref no and proof of payment was e-mailed to them. Still i recieved e-mails from them telling me that no payment was recieved. After trying to get somebody to phone me back, promises was made that they would get back to me. Nobody ever phoned me back. You keep on sending them emails but nothing happens.</p>
