POOR DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY APPOINTED BY THE SABC

I am so thoroughly frustrated. I began receiving e-mails on my work e-mail address from this company who have been appointed as the debt collectors for SABC debt, for a TV licence outstanding for some random person that I do not know. I phoned the call centre twice and reported this but it has continued. I am now receiving SMS messages on my cellphone about this TV licence and tried 5 times to get hold of a manager at this company to no avail. This is harassment and needs to stop. Please could somebody assist as to how to get this company to stop sending messages and e-mails to people about TV licence payments that do not belong to them. This company is infringing on the rights of people.
