poor and pathetic service

I have paid an account on behalf of my son in Law there were a glitch on my credit card Nu Debt were over paid i spoke to Palesa sent her all documentation via e mail she required but she does not respond and my refund still outstanding totally uneceptable i called numerous times to no avail. ***
