Poor and appalling administration from nudebt and telkom

Inhave been receiving summons and a notice of default judgment from nudebt on behalf of telkom. I have been back and forth with this query with both these for 2 years as this was resolved in 2022. Nudebt is just refusing to acknowledge my information about this being paid and resolved and have now sent me many threatening emails of judgment to get me to now pay an amount for Services that have been canceled since March 2022. This is extremely frustrating and appalling Services from both telkom and nudebt.
