PLEASE DONT USE NUDEBT

NUDEBT contacted me about an outstanding medical bill, which I paid in full. A month later, they reached out again claiming I still owed money despite having settled the account. When I called NUDEBT to address this, Lorato put me on hold with background music while loud conversations and shouting were happening, making it feel like a party. I asked to speak to the team leader, but they put me on hold and then disconnected the call without any follow-up. NUDEBT IS A ****!! they harasses you and don't follow up with you queries.

I urge companies to NOT use their services.
