Payment on a suspend account

Payment of R800.00 was paid to account number ********** 402 absa Quoting ref Number ND ********** 9 on the 25th of October 2017,I spoke to an inadequate and *********** consultant Mathabo Mo***eng and supervisor Ronald Ledwaba who kept on reminding me that they have a suspend account that have millions of payments and i needed to wait for another month before my payment is retrieved, i do not appreciate this kind of service especially were money is concerned. the payment was made quoting the correct ref number and to the correct bank account, i do not know what could be the issue retrieving this payment but i need this payment subtracted from my balance ASAP.
