Pathetic Telkom

I would never in my life take a contract with TELKOM again. I have canceled my contract for almost more than a year ago. Now they sms and handing me over to debt collection. For a period of over a year not once have they send me an sms or email or even called to say that there's an outstanding balance for the last notice date to be paid. They need to to wake up and communicate with clients instead of making their names bad.
