Pathetic service from NuDebt

I have paid my Rain account already the 23July 2024 but yet receive calls daily that it is out standing and I tell every consultant that it's paid and proof has been sent and they said will have my paid up letter on the 14/08/2024 and yet nothing and still receiving mails and call this is ridiculous please can someone assist with the paid up letter and update my profile to paid up and remove me totally from Nu Debt today still
