Paid up letter

Good day I would like to report NU Debt Management and MTN for not providing me with the paid up letter, after I have settled my account on 17 July 2024, even today I have not yet received the letter, and my name is listed on the credit bureau, I'm unable to enter in other agreements since I'm listed as a bad payer.
