paid bill yet still being threatened

This is a horrible company, who threatens clearly does not understand the law themselves. They expect you to pay them as well as the company they represent. I cannot wait to end my contract with Telkom so that I never have to deal with Nu debt again. Even when you tell them over and over that the account has been paid they continue to send you threats. I will never do business with Telkom again if this is the type of business they do and have this company threaten customers of years.
