Nudebt....useless...stay away

What a bunch of *****s...I wanted a payment arrangement letter. They told me after I have made 3 payments...which I have done. I have been phoning for 2 weeks now everyday...still no letter...after I have given them proof of payment....Useless call centre agents...keep on saying phone tomorrow...in the meantime you just want settle your debt...Then MTN still use them...and could not tell me who is dealing with my account
