NuDebt’s Conduct is Unacceptable and Should Be Investigated
I never receive a proper phone call from NuDebt—and on the rare occasion that I do, no one speaks. When I take the initiative to call and query my account, I’m dismissed without answers, and the call is abruptly ended.
The service is not just poor—it’s utterly disgraceful. NuDebt shows no professionalism or respect in how they deal with people. Their approach is aggressive, unhelpful, and deeply concerning. This business needs to be thoroughly investigated. No one should be subjected to this kind of treatment.

Once again, I’ve received a threatening message claiming that a default has been listed against my name with the credit bureau, insisting I owe payment on my Telkom account. However, my account is not in arrears—in fact, it’s overpaid.
What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. No one has the courtesy to contact me, and on the rare occasion I do get a call, there’s no one speaking on the other end. When I take the initiative to call and query these alarming messages, I’m either brushed off or the call is abruptly disconnected.
Even now, as I share this feedback on a public platform, my concerns continue to be ignored—it's truly unbelievable.
