NuDebt's appalling service and ongoing harassment

NuDebt Management is possibly one of the most useless, inefficient companies I have ever encountered. I have been paying off my Telkom account through them and despite not having missed a single payment AND paying ahead of time, I have been singled out as a non-payer, harassed, threatened and handed over for legal collection.

Every single month I have the same argument with them, and every single month I get the same response that I have been removed from the list.

One cannot get to speak to any managers or even the MD - they are too arrogant to lower themselves to speak to lesser mortals who are doing what they're supposed to do.

My next step is to hand them over to the Consumer Council and the Debt Collection Council (or whatever they are called) because I get no joy from their staff.

The fact that they manage Telkom's bad debts, says a lot about NuDebt's ethics - they don't exist.
