NuDebt x Telkom Mobile ****

Very awful experience from Telkom and this collection service provider. Telkom mobile purposefully deducted R400 less from our agreed amount on a 24 month mobile contract I had made with them even though I had more than enough to pay them on the agreed amount. The following month they attempted to debit that R400 plus with interest which I was not able nor willing to pay and they immediately handed over to NuDebt for collection in the same month. Since then it's been a back and forth with them and they have been harassing me with threats of lawyers because I have resisted their ploy of creating interest out of thin air from my hard earned money. I advise anyone with an ear to never ever ever go for Telkom mobile contracts for their own peace and sanity. If anyone reading has the will and time please take these people to the ombudsman so they stop taking advantage of their consumers.
