Nudebt- worst debt collector

Nudebt is by far the worst debt collector I have ever had to deal with. Their staff are *********** beyond words. I wish I could rate them zero stars. I have been calling them from last year regarding a Telkom account that was outstanding. Despite calling them from last year November 2025 and making a payment arrangement with them they are still sending me legal notices. Worse is that even though I have made direct EFT payments to their account they still have not received anything. The consultant said it takes 7 to 14 days for payment reflect. Im sure November 2025 to Feb 2026 is more than 14 days unless I have forgotten how to count. What's even worse is that it is so difficult to contact them and speak to anyone who is intelligent. I am at my wits end with this company.

Everytime you call their hotline you end up speaking to 10 different agents. The one consultant gave me a fixed amount to pay and the very next day I received an sms stating a different amount to pay. They don't even know what the correct amount is.

I had to take a days leave off work and go direct to Telkom to query this nonsense. All the payments I have made have reflected on Telkoms side but nudebt seems to still be in the dark ages. Im fed up of this company. I am going to report them for terrible business practices.

Telkom said I owe R200 but nudebt says I owe R400 and they refuse to update the amount despite receiving numerous payments with proof of payment.

I just want the public to be aware of how pathetic their business is.
