NUDEBT UNAUTHORISED DEBITS

If i could give a lower rating than 1 star, I would. These ********** are debiting my account WHEN MY BILL IS PAID UP. Telkom shows I'm up to date so WHY THE HELL is this forsaken company still debiting my account?? multiple times to WHAT END? I called this company only for them to pick up my call THEN HANG UP.. and when i do get transferred its to a MAILBOX THAT IS FULL like what the heck is going on with this company
