Nudebt TV licence

I have a TV licence that was handed over these guys, they made numerous calls everyday, and one day I accepted the settlement discount. I was told that the account will be rehabilitated through their internal system. I made payment of the quoted amount two months ago, up to now no movement that shows that the account has been settled.
