Nudebt threatens on false billing but wont go to court

<p>This is a simple story of bullying and ongoing harassment by Nudebt. I will supply an avadavat to anyone in a similar position within the gauteng area and offer to appear as a witness in a similar case that DOES go to court and wishes to have a counter claim. They continue to send demands for a non existant debt despite being told the debt is false AND being instructed to only deal with me via court papers. They fail to respond to ANY demands despite exceeding blunt and explicit emails from me demanding they cease contacting me or proceed to court. They have fiduciary duties regarding the accuracy of their claims as well as not being allowed by the code of conduct to harass clients that should be brought to a judge. </p>
