NuDebt threatening me.

I have explain to NuDebt that are acting on behalf of SARS how many times now. I could only get an appointment on the 7th May at 08h30 with SARS to follow up on the accusation that I owe SARS money for an outstanding return for 2017 that I never heard a word of, until now. NuDebt send me an email 24 April demanding they give me 10days to pay the debt. They threaten me in the e-mail as follows:

If payment is not received within the stipulated period, we have instructions to initiate legal proceedings, including summons, attachment of assets, and reporting to credit bureaus, without further notice.

This is a final demand. Please treat it with urgency.

My appointment with SARS is 7 May. What don't they understand???? My Reference number with SARS is ***. Avella gave me this number on 9 April for my appointment. What more can I do?
