Nudebt & Telkom ********** Harassment !!

Nudebt & Telkom Account collections - Harassment and ****!! I am having a very similar problem as many others are that have written reviews in regard to Nudebt and an old Telkom account, which was cancelled a long time ago too, for non-delivery of services. Now Nudebt also harasses me too, even after they agreed that the monies are not due or outstanding! Then a week or two later... there is another agent from Nudebt harassing me all over again. Also all there emails I respond to just keep coming back as undeliverable!!! then when I asked there call center guy to send me an email so I can have the correct email to reply to, he said yes and then failed to send it, only for me to have another call agent call or message me to start the whole process over again! This is a company full of incompetence and prey on people that they can intimidate & bully into paying money that's not owed! They need to be investigated and the law needs to put a stop to this!!!!
