NuDebt *****ing money

For some reason I wake up to a message that shows nudebt has taken money out my account. Worst part is it was debited during the middle of the month where I have no debit orders.. here's a sample of what I was sent.. 15 May: R1715 Ref.Nudebt Telk502541.. what blows my mind is that it's referenced to Telkom, to whom I owe nothing to as they get paid via debit order every single month! I have never skipped a payment with Telkom not once!!! This is actually ***** on telkoms end! How dare you people take money from me without any concent and assume I owe money!? To the Hello Peter group, am I able to go report this as ***** to SAPS and open a case against Telkom and this nudebt company?
