NuDebt NO Customer Service

Hi, I have received 6 emails from NuDebt varying from a section 129 to a Credit Listing. I reached out to NuDebt to understand more, but I'm ignored and the letters are just continuously coming... I even tried the WhatsApp the number provided, but my ID number is not on the system for verification.

The letters reflect multiple amounts as well and without verification I cannot attend to the request for payment.
