Nudebt & Neotel database stuff up results in being me harrassed!

Since February 2017 Nudebt have been harrassing me for money I did not owe to NEOTEL. The query they had when I cancelled my account was sorted out and they promised to stop nudebt from calling me. Then the Harassment started again, but now they think I am some woman (or man) named TRONEL VAN DER SANDT. I am definitely not Tronel Van Der Sandt. Each time the call centre phones, someone somewhere "resolves" the issue, then trues bob, two months later the same **** starts again!!!!!! Please, I am begging you Nudebt stop harrassing me, fix your database!!!!!!!!!
