NUDEBT (Mis)MANAGEMENT

Received NUMEROUS emals for a TELKOM account and no matter how often you send the full details of cancellations, NIL balance Statements, etc. they insist you pay - I've contacted their help desk, tried to reach management but all appear to be on a commission basis and hoping that you will pay just to be rid of them! HOUNDING someone could not be done as efficiently as they do. SICK of it and if anyone can tell me how to be rid of them, I would seriously appreciate it and NO, I am not paying a debt that I do not have!
