NuDeBt ****ming People through ER Consulting

On the 20th November I paid R200 to an account of R147 owed to NuDebt for ER consulting account and I asked them through WhatsApp to call me so that they can close the account. They waited a month to call to say that I still owe them an amount of R56.I am unemployed and I have settled their account and I cannot have them telling me that the account which I have settled is accumulating.Please assist as I feel ****med by NuDebt. I HAVE A PROOF OF PAYMENT AS WELL AS WHATSAPP MESSAGES.
