Nudebt management ment

This guy's don't listen at all I requested recording from telkom contact center regarding instruction I gave to telkom till today no has contacted me regarding my request instead they are busy calling when am I paying my account.

How do I pay account I have finished to pay.

Our rights as customers I feel that is being not considered and day by day this creditors are really indebt us, as they just send our accounts to attorneys.
