NuDebt Management incompetence

For two months I have been trying to make contact with this company in order to notify them that an arrear Telkom account had been settled. The total incompetence of their staff is disgraceful and their ability to rectify the situation is non-existent. Emails and telephone calls remain unanswered and not attended to, and the letters and notes threatening legal action continue. This company should shut down as they are totally incapable of performing their function.
