NuDebt Management in Voilation of S126b of NCA !!!!!

Section 126B of the National Credit Act regulates and prohibits certain practices related to prescription, such as the selling of prescribed consumer debts or the continued collection or re-activation of prescribed consumer debts.

It is sad to note that there is still people and debt collections company such as NuDebt Management that disregard this part of the law and still buys prescribed debt and also collect on it.

Recently I have been getting calls and smses regarding an opt-finance account which I cannot even recall. These calls are embarrassing and annoying as the debt has prescribed. The staff at NuDebt are clueless on this act its sad.

NuDebt please note: THE NEXT TIME I AM GETTING AN SMS OR CALL REGARDING THIS SO CALLED DEBT, I WILL TAKE YOU TO THE OMBUDS AND NCR.
