Nudebt Management Complaint

Nudebt Management has a blatant disregard to customers and there affordability rate. They also do not grasp the concept that everyday life can have an affect on on peoples finances and this is something out of a persons control.

They seem to have this mindset of being a debt collector, they don't need to take the customers needs into account. I have an outstanding Cell C account that they are handling and have been handling for the past few months. I have been making monthly payments towards this said outstanding amount based on my affordability. Every request/requirement that I have asked for or advised them about, I have record of via email and have received acknowledgement thereof yet, I still receive sms's stating that there is no record of payments being made. I also have evidence of proof of payments that I have emailed them and again, they have acknowledged. According to Nudebt Management, I have not honoured my arrangement of R200. The point is, a payment was made nonetheless. I made a payment and I advised them of this payment and why I could only make the payment that I made to which it was again, acknowledged and accepted.

This is treatment that Nudebt gives me after paying every month. The payment may not be the same every month but the crux of the matter is that a payment was made every month and emails have been sent in return with acknowledgement.

Watch out for this company as they are sly, despicable, deceiving and unprofessional.
