Nudebt Management and Telkom are very unprofessional and dishonest.

I had an account with telkom that was on arrears for a couple of months and it was then referred to debt collectors (Nudebt Management). I was in contact with their debt collectors and settled the amount with them to the banking details that they have given me. When I was checking my credit report this morning, to my surprise I learned that telkom was back to my credit history in red (on arrears). I called telkom to confirm, and they said I am still owing them and could not respond where that much of money is coming from since my account is very old according to them. They referred me to the collections company which also said I must speak to telkom about this as there is nothing they can do. I do not understand their poor response because they were the ones that I settled my account with. This is really devastating, I do not understand why after so many years Telkom get to pop this amount due from me that I really do not understand. I think Nudebt should really be in contact with their client (Telkom) with this matter and stop playing with me cause as far as I know I do not have any debt with both of them. They must get their records straight.
