NuDebt Management

NuDebt sent me a demand around December 2022. I have tried unsuccessfully to get themto resolve thios since then. I have been going back and forth between Cell C and NuDebt since then with no results. After coming to Hello Peter, Cell C contacted me and we sorted this out and I do owe them the original R767.98. I was totally confused about receiving 2 statement with 2 different account numbers in the same period. Their excuse is that I changed banks and this is what happens. Fact speaking I'm still not sure this is correct but just want to put this behind me, like I said its taken Cell 3 years to figure out what they did but apparently NuDebt has bought this bad debt off. My problem is that had NuDebt read all my mail this would have been resolved ages ago but they dont respond and just keep sending demands and adding interest charges. I have copies of all my emails but they totally ignore me. On 2 occasions I spoke to a supervisor and explained everything but no luck. I dont see any reason why I must pay interest charges when they allowed it to get to this point. To me its a deliberate attempt to make more money and as per their reviews this is what they always do. Is it not possible for companies like this to be stopped and stand accountable for their misdeeds. I desperately need your help please.
