NuDebt keeps harassing me and refuses to settle my debt, even after it's been paid in full.
<p>So last year I was contacted by NuDebt management with regards to my unpaid TV license. They offered me a 50% discount, the amount came to R1530. While speaking to the operater, I asked multiple times if that was all I owed and if paid, my debt will be settled. She rep**** YES. So we set up a payment system where I would pay R200/month until the debt was settled. My last payment was R330 and that should've settled the bill, or so I thought. I still get multiple sms's and emails on a weekly basis. I've e-mailed them on SEVERAL ocassions, no reply. Somehow it seems I paid all this money, but my debt is not settled. I have asked repeatedly for a consultant to contact me. I'm stuck in limbo now, as I don't know if my debt has truly been settled, or where the money went to. <br /><br />So I've come to this conclusion. Each and every staff memeber at NuDebt management, including their management team are a bunch of pathetic, uneducated, money hungry, ****sucking fools that don't know how to run a business properly. My debt has been paid up and I've been asking for my settlement letter, it's time for you to come to the table. I am SICK of being ignored. <br /><br />If you ever receive a call from this company about unsettled debt, ignore them and go straight to the company you owe money (if you plan on manning up and paying). ****ing run for the hills. NuDebt management can be described in 3 words, "USELESS, USELESS & USELESS". </p>

Kindly take note that SABC do not offer 50% discount , the SABC only offer settlement not discount.
Referring to your previous comminication with Thenjiwe you were advised to forward the proof of payment of which you stated that you paid but that was never received on our end.
Please do forward us the proof of payment in order for us to get the SABC to allocate the payment in order for paid up letter to be sent to you.

So are you telling me Thenjiwe misinformed/**** to me? I asked repeatedly (please listen to the recording) if the R1530 was all I need to pay and the debt will be settled, to which the answer was yes. I just returned from vacation and got a call from NuDebt about a week and a half ago asking for the proof of payments. I sent the the majority on the 23rd of January. I'm not going to do your job for you, go through your bank statements with my reference number. I'm sure you should find it pretty easily. I'm done with you guys, by the looks of things you stole my ****ing money.
