NuDebt is no use!!!!

I have paid my Telkom account in full on the 23rd of May 2025 and send the proof of payment to NuDebt on WhatsApp and now still gets threatened by The Credit Bureau every day. the 2 land line numbers also no use because you hold forever and a day still nobody comes back to you.
