NuDebt incompetence and harassment

I am writing on behalf of my 88-year old mother, debilitated by Parkinsons, who pays her TV licence annually and on time. Despite this she is being continously harassed by both the SABC and NuDebt for non-payment. We had again clarified with NuDebt (Buthelezi) in a recorded telephone conversation on 5 August 2024 that nothing is oustanding. We were assured the penalty and non-payment threats would stop. I gave them my tel.no. as an additional contact on her account. When we phoned NuDebt on **********21 in answer to their most recent threatening SMS, the phone call was rudely terminated by them (6 Sept 14h43) after about 10 seconds.
