NuDebt harassment

This company has been harassing me for 2 months now ! I bought a new Sim card from vodacom and the previous owner of the new number I have owes Telkom money. I have contacted them several times to advise them that the person they are looking for no longer has that number. I'm at my wits end now with harassing.
