Nudebt Harassment

I have been receiving now I think it's more than 500 emails from this company on behalf of Telkom, that I should pay R7721.68. Of which I don't know and I remember having any business nor a contract with Telkom. I have sent them an email but they choose not to respond to my email but busy sending me emails to make an arrangement. How can I make an arrangement for something that I don't owe. This company needs to stop harassing me 😡😡 and find the right person who owes that money to Telkom.
